Yes — we deliver all over the world. International delivery times and costs vary by destination.

How do I check shipping charges?

You can check shipping charges on the checkout page after you enter your shipping address. Shipping cost depends on destination, weight and selected shipping method.

How long does it take to process and deliver an order?

It normally takes 8–9 days to deliver an order. We can also arrange urgent delivery on request.

Can I order envelopes, wedding cards, gift bags or Hajj bags with custom names, dates or foil printing?

Yes — most of our envelopes, wedding cards, gift bags and Hajj bags can be personalized with names, dates and other text. Custom finishes such as foil, embossing or special colors are available. Choose customization options on the product page or contact support for large or fully custom designs.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom or bulk orders?

We can process custom or bulk orders starting from as low as 10 pieces, depending on the product and finish. Contact us for a quote for larger quantities or special requests.

Can I request a sample before placing a large order?

Yes — sample requests are usually possible for a small fee (which may be refunded against larger orders). For printed or customized items we can provide a digital proof and, where feasible, a physical sample before full production.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major online card payments and bank transfers. Cash on delivery is available in Pakistan where supported. International orders typically require online payment by card or bank transfer; available options appear at checkout.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. If an item is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, contact support within 7 days with photos. Customized products are generally final sale unless there is a defect. And if you are nice to us — we might even offer an exchange after a year.

Do you offer rush or same-day production?

Yes, we can arrange quick delivery. For urgent requests please WhatsApp us at +92 324 9258571 with your product and deadline details and we'll check availability and fees.

Will I have to pay customs or duties for international orders?

International shipments may be subject to customs, duties or taxes in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed. Please check your local customs rules before ordering.

How will my order be packaged to prevent damage?

We package delicate items (cards, envelopes, boxes) carefully using protective materials and sturdy outer packaging to prevent damage during transit. For bulk or fragile orders we add extra protection — contact us if you have special packaging requests.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships you will receive a shipment/tracking number by email or WhatsApp. Log in to your account or use the tracking link in the shipping email to follow delivery status.

Terms of service

These terms apply to all orders placed with Lifafay.pk, on lifafay.pk or through WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. About us

Lifafay.pk is a Karachi-based brand, established in 2018, that makes customized name-printed money envelopes, gift cards, gift bags, gift boxes, stickers and wedding cards.

2. Orders and personalization

Please enter names, messages and dates exactly as you want them printed. We print the text you provide.
We share a design proof before printing. Once you approve the proof, we print exactly what was approved, so please check spellings carefully.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Some products come in fixed pack sizes, shown on each product page.
Colours on screen may look slightly different from the printed product.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) on each product page. Extra charges, such as golden/silver printing on wedding cards or urgent delivery, are shown on the product page or confirmed with you before printing.
We accept card payments, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (COD) within Pakistan. International orders must be paid online.
We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a price was shown incorrectly. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

4. Delivery

Standard delivery takes 8–9 days all over Pakistan. Urgent delivery (1–2 days in Karachi, 4–5 days in other cities) is available on request and may cost extra. We deliver worldwide; customs duties or taxes in the destination country are paid by the recipient. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Returns and exchanges

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. Customized products are final sale unless there is a defect. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Designs and content

All designs, photos and content on lifafay.pk belong to Lifafay.pk and may not be copied or resold without our permission.
If you send us your own logo, artwork or text, you confirm you have the right to use it, and you allow us to use it only to make your order.
We may refuse to print content that is offensive or unlawful, or that infringes someone else's rights.

7. Liability

If something goes wrong with your order because of us, we will reprint, replace or refund it. Our responsibility is limited to the value of the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, strikes, weather or other events outside our control, or for errors in text that you approved in the proof.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Karachi.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after it is published.
