How do I check shipping charges?

You can check shipping charges on the checkout page after you enter your shipping address. Shipping cost depends on destination, weight and selected shipping method.

How long does it take to process and deliver an order?

It normally takes 8–9 days to deliver an order. We can also arrange urgent delivery on request.

Can I order envelopes, wedding cards, gift bags or Hajj bags with custom names, dates or foil printing?

Yes — most of our envelopes, wedding cards, gift bags and Hajj bags can be personalized with names, dates and other text. Custom finishes such as foil, embossing or special colors are available. Choose customization options on the product page or contact support for large or fully custom designs.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom or bulk orders?

We can process custom or bulk orders starting from as low as 10 pieces, depending on the product and finish. Contact us for a quote for larger quantities or special requests.

Can I request a sample before placing a large order?

Yes — sample requests are usually possible for a small fee (which may be refunded against larger orders). For printed or customized items we can provide a digital proof and, where feasible, a physical sample before full production.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major online card payments and bank transfers. Cash on delivery is available in Pakistan where supported. International orders typically require online payment by card or bank transfer; available options appear at checkout.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. If an item is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, contact support within 7 days with photos. Customized products are generally final sale unless there is a defect. And if you are nice to us — we might even offer an exchange after a year.

Do you offer rush or same-day production?

Will I have to pay customs or duties for international orders?

How will my order be packaged to prevent damage?

We package delicate items (cards, envelopes, boxes) carefully using protective materials and sturdy outer packaging to prevent damage during transit. For bulk or fragile orders we add extra protection — contact us if you have special packaging requests.

How can I track my order?
